Beginners and students healing from injuries who need a slower and low impact movement, report improved mobility and reduced discomfort after taking S Factor classes, while experienced dancers enhance their flow and emotional connection by indulging in fluid pleasurable free style dance movement outside of the memorized lines of choreography.
We welcome all women regardless of previous dance or fitness experience.
We use pole, floor work, and free-form fluid movement to guide you into embodied self-expression & awakened sensuality
