We're a space for women to connect deeply with their bodies, through sensual movement and embodied pole dance.
Pole dance and pole fitness is part of our practice, but not our main focus. We explore sensuality through S Factor, a feminine embodiment dance movement that teaches pleasure in workouts and empower women through self expression tools inspired by their own unique body-led movement, emotional journey, and of course, sexy heels, clothing and accessories.

Beginner Friendly Classes
S Factor is suitable for beginners and it helps students slow down, connect to the present moment and build strength and flexibility in a fun and nurturing environment.
Experienced dancers can benefit from our S Factor classes to improve flow and to connect to their emotions through movement, on and off the pole.
Students with injuries, chronic pain, anxiety and other health conditions, report that they are better able to move their bodies with less injury, less soreness and less fatigue from practicing our slow, sensual movement classes.
Our classes welcome female identifying students from all backgrounds, body types and abilities. Teachers will meet every student at their own level and will gently guide them to achieve their dream pole trick or simply find new ways to express themselves through body-led movement.

What Is Embodied Sensual Dance?
At Sisters In Motion we redefine pole dancing by prioritizing feelings over appearance. Our non-performative classes serve as moving meditations promoting confidence and self-assurance among women.
Through a combination of a slowed down, Pilates inspired workouts that will engage your deep core strength, and the freedom of exploring your own unique body language through dance, students find a place they can truly explore new movements that feel authentic to their unique expression.
