Student Journey

S Factor

As Seen In Netflix’ Strip And Rise

Embrace Your Feminine Power, Sensuality, and Vibrancy with Sensual and Playful Body-led Movement.

San francisco woman in back bend on the pole, full with sensuality and self body love, through feminine embodied pole dance. Beginner friendly, for all ages and body types.

Beginner Friendly Journey

Our classes offer a beginner-friendly experience that foster presence, strength, and flexibility in a supportive setting.

Beginners and students healing from injuries who need a slower and low impact movement, report improved mobility and reduced discomfort after taking S Factor classes, while experienced dancers enhance their flow and emotional connection by indulging in fluid pleasurable free style dance movement outside of the memorized lines of choreography.

We welcome all women identifying students regardless of previous dance or fitness experience.

We use pole, floor work, and free-form fluid movement to guide you on a journey of embodied self-expression & awakened sensuality
