About Our Embodied Pole Dance Studio

How We Are Different

At Sisters In Motion, we redefine pole dancing by prioritizing feelings over appearance. Our non-performative, body-led sessions serve as moving meditations, promoting confidence and self-assurance among women. Our S Factor approach blends pole dancing with yoga and Pilates-inspired workouts to enhance strength, flexibility, and grace. Enjoy the freedom of self-expression in a supportive environment led by Trauma-Informed teachers. Join us to discover your inner strength and confidence through movement.
