Embodied Dance. Self Love. Community
S Factor Classes in San Francisco
More than a pole studio
We're a space for women to connect deeply with their bodies, through sensual movement.
Pole dance and pole fitness is part of our practice, but not our main focus. We explore the sensuality of movement through S Factor, a feminine embodiment dance movement that teaches pleasure in workouts and empower women through self expression tools inspired by their own unique body-led movement, and emotional journey.
Our Classes Empower Women to Love & Trust their Bodies More Deeply through Body-led Movement
Pole Dance To Awaken Your Sensuality
At Sisters In Motion we redefine pole dancing by prioritizing feelings over appearance. Our non-performative classes serve as moving meditations promoting confidence and self-assurance among women.
Our S Factor approach blends static pole dancing with yoga and pilates-inspired workouts to enhance strength, flexibility, and grace.
Enjoy the freedom of self-expression in a supportive environment led by trauma-informed teachers.
Ready to move beyond the tricks and find your flow? We use pole, floorwork, and free-form movement to guide you on a journey of embodied self-expression.
S Factor For Beginners
S Factor is suitable for beginners and it helps students slow down, connect to the present moment and build strength and flexibility in a fun and nurturing environment.
Seasoned dancers can benefit from S Factor to improve flow and to connect to their emotions through movement, on and off the pole.
Because our movement is about honoring your body where it is, students with injuries, chronic pain, anxiety and other health conditions, report that they are better able to move their bodies with less injury, less soreness and less fatigue from practicing our slow, sensual classes.
